KimCheese

KimCheese is a Korean/Mexican/American fusion restaurant. If a menu item looks good, get it. There is something on the menu for everyone.

The bibimbap works perfectly for a “Fast-food” style restaurant like KimCheese. The protein, kimchi, vegetables, and greens in this dish make for a healthy lunch or dinner. The flavors are perfect.

Tacos

Tacos and burritos filled with marinated meats and Kimchi. The pico/corn/lettuce topping adds some great texture and brings everything together well.

Fried rice

The kimchi fried rice is my guilty pleasure. It has an egg on top… The bowls are a good substitute if you don’t like fried rice.

Burgers and Fries

The burgers are not exactly a burger patty, more of a suggestion of a patty. As with everything else at this restaurant, those flavors are spot on to what I’d expect from a Korean restaurant. Don’t go in expecting a run-of-the-mill hamburger and you will be happy with your choice.

I lied to you. I’m sorry. The fresh-cut fries are my guilty pleasure. These fries don’t travel well so you’ll want to dig into them right away…. I lied to you again. They will be too hot, try to wait or you might burn your hole. Seriously though, if you dig fries, get them and share with someone else; It’s a lot of fries.
