O! Wing Plus is, hand’s down, the best wing joint in St Louis.
Wings
Serving up uncommonly girthy wings that always come out picturesque. I recommend ordering extra wings, or If you somehow end up with leftovers…. woohaa something magical happens overnight that makes them even better with all the flavors melding together. Speaking of flavor, it’s like no other. They bring in something magic with Korean flavor layers built into traditional wing flavors and a few new flavors not usually seen elsewhere.
Sauces
O’s Original is always my first sauce recommendation - “gentle heat of red chilies and brown sugar are caramelized over the wings in a tangy, sweet, sticky sauce”. Ooof.
Parm Garlic and Buffalo are flavor profile paragons.
Good luck with Beast Mode, It’s super hot but irresistibly delicious.
From there the flavor choices are up to you; Get whatever floats your boat. Your hole will thank me.
Sides
The sides are all perfect. You can’t go wrong with the creamy coleslaw or the waffle fries. (They also have pickle chips! Chips I say!)
Plus +
Owing plus does have options other than wings. I have not tried everything, but of the handful of greens and “Plus+”, the Bibimbap with greens makes a great light lunch or dinner.
